- 5mg 4-hydroxytamoxifen (Sigma H7904, MW=387.5)
- Dissolve in 25mls of ethanol (200 proof)
- Aliquot in glass vials
- Store at -20oC in the dark at -20oC
PIC2 (Protease inhibitor cocktail 2; Calbiochem #539132)
- Reconstitute each vial of lyophilized protease inhibitor cocktail with 1 ml of DMSO first.
- Mix gently.
- Then add 4 ml of water.
- The solution will appear turbid.
- Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze at -20°C. The reconstituted material is stable for up to 6 months at -20°C.
- This is a 1000X concentrate.
